Job Title: Housekeeping Aide

At MICHAEL COPADA, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
Work Environment:
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Benefits: Parking available, temporary employment.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication.
