Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Product Leader to join our team as the Head of Product and Business Unit Leader of RateHub Membership Business. As a key member of our C-suite, you'll lead the strategy and execution of our product vision, driving innovation and differentiation in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market needs.
  • Lead a team of product managers, owners, and designers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and business unit leaders to deliver world-class member experiences through product features and drive engagement and conversion.
  • Manage the product life cycle, including research, planning, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs and desires through data mining, user research, AB testing, and other quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of product management experience in fintech or SaaS/B2C, with startup experience a bonus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of product managers, owners, and designers.
  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant field, with a degree in software engineering or computer science a bonus.
  • Data obsession, with experience using data to form hypotheses, investigate assumptions, and verify impact.
  • Lean thinking, with the ability to build project plans to verify impacts without requiring a full-scale technology build.
  • Leader by example, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
  • UX obsession, with exceptional ability to translate customer and business needs into outstanding products.
  • Clear and concise communication, with the ability to make complex concepts simple to understand.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
