We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at PB03 LOGISTICS LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Communication and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking rules and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure seamless coordination and execution of logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
