Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of a team of sales consultants through training, coaching, and empowering them to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Take initiative in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Ensure all merchandise is displayed in an appealing manner according to company standards.
  • Verify that all products are accurately priced and that point-of-sale systems are functioning correctly.
  • Actively represent the company and the role within the local community.
  • Engage in personal development and stay informed about relevant training materials and store updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Minimum educational qualification of GCSE or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
