About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at 5005193 ONTARIO INC. as a Pharmacy Helper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Information Management
    • Enter client information into databases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pharmacy Support
    • Provide assistance to pharmacists in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products.
  • Prescription Records
    • Manage and maintain prescription records with attention to detail.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Set up and dismantle equipment as needed.
    • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supply Management
    • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies.
  • Client Care
    • Record vital signs and provide basic care to clients.
    • Clean and dress wounds as required.
    • Assist patients with completing menus.
  • Office Administration
    • Manage routine office functions, including reception and booking appointments.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to perform tasks efficiently.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work under pressure.
  • Standing for extended periods and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
