Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
