About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at So Clean House Detailing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our clients' homes and offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs and assist cleaners in performing their duties.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Establish work schedules to meet the needs of our clients and our team.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as part of your duties.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and gloves are required for this position.
  • Transportation is provided by the employer.
  • Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
