Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing, Contracting & Access Analytics to play a pivotal role in enhancing patient access to our innovative therapies. This position is integral to our strategic pricing evaluations, contract assessments, and the development of business cases, as well as conducting simulations for list and net pricing.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Duties:
- Oversee the analysis of rebate simulations and conduct sensitivity evaluations for all business cases and net pricing requests.
- Create models to assess access strategies for a diverse range of products, including those nearing loss of exclusivity.
- Participate in various business reviews, forecasting activities, and the annual price increase process.
- Assist with pre-assessments for the PMPRB and aid in establishing Canadian introductory pricing for upcoming products.
- Review contracts and invoicing processes.
- Innovate and refine existing processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the pricing function.
- Serve as a key contact and support for the Director of Pricing, Contracting & Access.
Essential Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years in a senior financial planning role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with a focus on collaboration across multifunctional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex information effectively.
- Demonstrated curiosity and a commitment to operational excellence and innovation.
- Solid business acumen and strategic thinking, with experience interacting with executives and key stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and the Canadian healthcare system is advantageous.
