Job SummaryWe're seeking a Solutions Analyst, IT Enterprise Applications to lead or collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. As a Solutions Analyst, you'll ensure solutions are functional and free of defects, lead complex projects or multiple initiatives, and mentor junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, providing leadership and guidance.
- Lead complex projects or multiple initiatives, often involving large-scale systems and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and train junior analysts, guiding them through the analysis phase and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Play a key role in decision-making and project direction, influencing strategic discussions.
- Ensure successful project delivery from initiation to completion, maintaining quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support solution implementation and adoption.
- Analyze metrics and collaborate with teams on reporting improvements and design of data cubes.
We're looking for a candidate with 8-10 years of practical experience in application solution design and analysis, with a deep understanding of industry and solution practices. A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent is required. Familiarity with design-thinking approach to problem solving and AGILE methodologies is also necessary.
