About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Assistant to join our team at Sidhu Concrete Pumping Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our concrete finishing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction and pave and rake asphalt to ensure a smooth surface.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites and direct traffic at or near construction sites as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
