Key Responsibilities- Dish Management: Transport clean dishes, utensils, and other items to serving areas and set tables appropriately.
- Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after use.
- Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to effectively wash dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Storage Organization: Place dishes and utensils in designated storage areas.
- Supply Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas as needed.
- Hand Washing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items manually when required.
- Food Inventory: Keep accurate records of food quantities used.
- Take-Out Preparation: Package take-out food and ensure proper portioning and wrapping of food items.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items as directed.
- Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take their orders efficiently.
- Stock Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure availability of fresh items.
- Food Preparation Equipment: Utilize manual and electrical appliances for cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming foodstuffs.
- Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Training: Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
- Employment Duration: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: English proficiency is necessary.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
