Job Title: Live-in Nanny

We are seeking a reliable and experienced live-in nanny to join our family as a permanent member of our household. As a live-in nanny, you will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of our children, including meal preparation, homework assistance, and engaging in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality childcare, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children
  • Assist with household chores, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
  • Plan and implement engaging activities for children, including games, outings, and educational programs
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities, meals, and any issues that may arise
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
  • Tend to emotional well-being of children
  • Help children with homework
  • Cook
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in childcare
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Child Abuse Registry check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Drug test
  • Medical exam
  • Own vehicle
  • Valid driver's licence
