Service Handyman Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to assist with various pre-construction maintenance repairs and deficiencies within residential construction homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in construction residential or mid-rise properties.
  • Fix and install drywall, painting, framing, and appliance installation.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues and address them promptly.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
  • Working at Heights Certification.
  • Proficiency in PDI Fixes, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
