About the Role

The Process Engineer, Electronics Production will play a key role in the design and development of our space products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This individual will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build space products used on state-of-the-art satellites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes for electronic products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process instructions and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles, driving continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Support the development and implementation of new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to meet production targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, with a focus on electronics production.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including IPC610/JSTD-001 and NASA/02/03/04.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
