Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Manage Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means and that our costs are under control.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that we provide a high level of customer service and that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that we are meeting our targets and that our performance is being tracked and measured.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Airport.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods.
