Key Responsibilities- Assume all human resources management responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with several years of experience in methods and/or quality teams
- Excellent management skills
- Ability to show good judgment, flexibility, and results-oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and comfortable with tight delivery times
- Good organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge
- Definite talent for communication and leadership
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in French (bilingualism is an asset)
