Key Responsibilities- Assess and Treat Patients
You will conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
Supervise and Train StaffYou will supervise and train technical and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
Plan and Implement Physiotherapy ProgramsYou will design and implement physiotherapy programs that are tailored to the needs of our patients, including exercises, manipulations, and other interventions.
Maintain Accurate RecordsYou will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, including clinical and progress reports.
Collaborate with Other Healthcare ProfessionalsYou will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements- Education and Certification
You must have a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and be licensed to practice in your province or territory.
Experience and SkillsYou must have at least 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work EnvironmentYou will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Physical DemandsYou must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and have good hand-eye coordination.
