Position Overview

As a Construction Site Supervisor at TAGGAR CONSTRUCTION INC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report Preparation: Compile and prepare production and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Workforce Supervision: Manage and supervise workers on-site, ensuring that tasks are completed effectively.
  • Training Oversight: Oversee apprenticeship programs and training initiatives for new workers.
  • Cost Estimation: Assess and estimate project costs and required materials for construction.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction processes.
  • Site Management: Provide comprehensive supervision of construction site activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
