Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet arriving guests and efficiently process their check-in procedures, assigning rooms based on availability.
  • Manage group arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth transitions and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming calls, relay messages accurately, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Calculate guest charges upon departure, process payments, and balance cash transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of room assignments, vacancies, and reservations.
  • Assist guests with special requests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
