About the Role

Maplesoft Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze Business Requirements and Solution Design documents to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Design and execute test scenarios and test cases to validate the functionality of our software.
  • Identify and create test data for specific test cases to ensure thorough testing.
  • Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Report, track, and retest defects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in daily huddles to report on testing progress and/or barriers.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning sessions and other agile ceremonies as required.
  • Follow escalation process to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support business with User Acceptance testing processes and deliverables as required.
  • Proactively manage workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst service provider or similar services.
  • Experience with various software development methodologies including Agile.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience/knowledge of all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with a Defect Tracking tool.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with a Test Management Tool.
