We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Caretaker to join our team at the Château Baie-Comeau residence. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the common areas of the building, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and clean the premises, including sweeping and cleaning floors, changing light bulbs, and clearing entrances.
  • Perform safety tours and ensure that exterior doors are locked.
  • Organize or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior.
