About the Role

Cameron Landscaping Inc. is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Ensure that our gardens and landscapes are well-manicured and free of weeds and debris.
  • Cut Grass: Maintain our lawns to the highest standards, ensuring they are evenly cut and well-manicured.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs, and Trees: Plant and maintain a variety of plants, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of our outdoor spaces.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Ensure that our plants, lawns, and gardens receive the necessary water and care to thrive.
  • Operate and Maintain Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
Work Environment

As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and attention to detail are essential skills for this role.
