Overview of the Role:

  • Overseeing three primary remediation initiatives related to Active Directory identity access management.
  • Executing necessary functions for Logical Access Control, which encompasses Identity & Access Management tasks such as access requests, provisioning and deprovisioning, along with the communication and documentation of operational workflows.
  • Managing add/remove/change operations and providing assistance with access-related issues for Windows IDs (Active Directory) and Privileged Access.

  • Applying troubleshooting expertise to analyze moderately complex systems and issues related to user identity and access, identifying potential root causes.
  • Collaborating with second and third-level support teams as necessary.
  • Generating reports and data as required for audits and assessments of internal controls related to IAM operations and ILM processes.

Essential Qualifications:
1. Over 10 years of hands-on experience as an IT Security Analyst.

2. Extensive experience in managing Users and Groups within on-premises Microsoft Active Directory.

3. Proven experience in managing privileged access solutions (Centrify).

4. Proficient in Advanced Excel for data management, particularly with large datasets.

5. Familiarity with ServiceNow platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant technical and security certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, CISSP, Security+).
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks within Active Directory.
  • Background in Banking or Financial Institutions.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication abilities to effectively collaborate with technical peers and business stakeholders across various organizational levels.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities, forward-thinking mindset, and innovative problem-solving skills to swiftly adapt to technological and market changes.
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Advanced skills in Active Directory and PowerShell scripting.
  • Proactive approach with a consistent focus on finding solutions to challenges.

Educational Background:

  • A post-secondary degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related IT field is required.
