About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced B1 and B2 licensed engineers with a strong background in A/A aircraft maintenance to join our team at Airside. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest airworthiness standards are met in compliance with our client's MOE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance tasks to the highest standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and company procedures.
  • Conduct performance and certification of Line Maintenance work, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Utilize IT systems effectively to manage maintenance activities and ensure seamless communication with colleagues.
  • Adhere to all company, regulatory, and Health and Safety requirements, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement the client's security of aircraft program, ensuring the highest level of security is maintained.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs, contributing to the development of new procedures and processes.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department, driving excellence in maintenance delivery.
Requirements
  • Hold a current unrestricted EASA Aircraft Maintenance B1 and/or B2 License with AF, CFM56, and LEAP experience.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, including the MS Office Suite, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong technical judgment and trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including shift work and travel, to support the needs of the business.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Eligible to live and work in the U.K. without restriction, with a valid EEA/UK passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel.
  • Ability to provide details of 2 verifiable references and pass a strict airport security vetting procedure, including a 5-year background check.
