Job Title: Material Handler

Uap Inc. (Napa Auto Parts and Traction HVPD) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, trailers, and storage areas
  • Moving products and materials within the warehouse using manual or powered equipment
  • Operating a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Picking orders and stocking shelves
  • Making labels and attaching them to goods
  • Packing and unpacking goods
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking goods
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory using computerized inventory control systems
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
