About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer service goals
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management
    • Supervise the replenishment process and ensure that inventory levels are maintained
    • Carry out merchandising duties to ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that store operations are running smoothly and efficiently
    • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
    • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
