Job Responsibilities
  • Embody the Core Values and Mission of Chick-fil-A Square One.
  • Use our CORE 4 Model to serve guests and fellow Team Members.
  • Welcome and greet guests, take and prepare customer orders at the front counter.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile.
  • Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and someone who enjoys serving customers.
  • Ability to conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.
  • Rigorously adhere to food safety and restaurant security policy.
  • Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or whole shift.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Has a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Enjoys fast-paced environment, while keeping a clean and organized work space.
