This leader will foster a world-class customer experience, develop and engage Outfitters in all aspects of department operations, and drive sales enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet or exceed financial plans, executing sales events and maintaining planograms.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, opening and closing the store, and maintaining standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Staff departments with service-oriented Outfitters, participating in interviewing, training, and evaluating team member performance.
  • Resolve customer and Outfitter issues, carrying out management functions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience with sales and merchandising responsibility.
  • Ability to calculate figures, read and analyze reports, and define problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain effective working relationships, and knowledge of office technology and software applications.
  • Ability to obtain a Possession and Acquisition License.
