We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Technician to join our team at Cancoil Thermal Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Bookkeeping: Utilize manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to record and reconcile financial transactions.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail.
