Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Grocery Stock Associate to join our team at Waheguru Fresh Produce & Groceries Ltd.. This role is essential in ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and organized, providing excellent service to our customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare purchases for customers by bagging, boxing, or parceling items for delivery
  • Assist customers by carrying their purchases to the parking area and loading items into their vehicles
  • Retrieve products for customers from shelves or stockrooms
  • Guide customers to the location of desired items
  • Unpack and organize incoming products, ensuring accurate counting, weighing, or sorting
  • Maintain records of incoming stock
  • Restock shelves and display areas to ensure product availability
  • Keep stock areas clean and orderly
  • Label items with prices using stamps or stickers according to the price list
  • Implement protective measures on products to prevent theft
  • Assist in order picking as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours per week of work. The primary language of communication will be English.
