**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to join our Vehicle Engineering team at BRP. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and validation of various mechatronic systems for our recreational vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform comprehensive parts modeling and technical drawings (GD&T) during vehicle development from the prototype phase through to production.
  • Support the workshop in the assembly, testing, and validation of prototype vehicles.
  • Actively participate in the configuration of vehicle content.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers in the design and development of new parts, systems, and vehicles.
  • Collaborate with various suppliers and the design, production, purchasing, quality assurance, and manufacturing engineering teams.

**Requirements**

  • A technical college diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or relevant design experience.
  • Good understanding of mechanics and good 3D visualization.
  • Ability to use software such as Catia V5 or Solidworks.
  • Ability to communicate well in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Desire to take on challenges as part of a team.
  • Strong interest in finding creative solutions to the problems that arise and being recognized for your creativity.
