We are seeking a reliable and flexible Grounds Maintainer to join our team at T.G.A. Think Green Alberta Ltd. As a Grounds Maintainer, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and landscapes of our properties, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the grounds and landscapes of our properties, including mowing, pruning, and weeding.
  • Operate equipment such as pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, and weed trimmers/edgers.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform daily tasks such as checking equipment, reporting any issues, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, and crouch.
  • Availability to work 33-50 hours per week.
