We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Accoravillage. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying business needs and developing solutions to drive growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and document business needs through research and analysis
- Develop and recommend business solutions to meet stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and map business processes and procedures
- Lead business requirement sessions and identify, track, and escalate issues for resolution
- Prepare and consolidate requirements documentation
- Support user acceptance testing in the development and execution of test plans/cases
- 2-3 years' experience in Business Analysis on small to medium projects
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Knowledge and understanding of analysis and productivity improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of regression and user testing, and building test case scenarios
- Documentation and presentation skills
- Experience with data analysis and querying (SQL querying, VBA/macros)
