We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lumber Yard Team Member to join our team at RONA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their lumber and building material needs, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to customers
  • Assist customers with loading product safely and efficiently
  • Verify correct product is provided and check invoices
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers
  • Perform daily upkeep of the department, including offloading trucks, culling lumber, organizing stock, cleaning, and price labeling
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed in the Yard
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Knowledge of building materials is an asset
