About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Systems Developer to join our team at Heritage Investment Corp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing databases, operating database management systems, and analyzing data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Design and Development: Design and develop databases to meet the needs of our organization, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Database Management: Operate database management systems to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Data Administration: Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Research and Documentation: Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policies, and data access rules to ensure compliance and data security.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage, as well as backup and recovery of data to ensure business continuity.
  • User Requirements: Collect and document user requirements to ensure that databases meet the needs of our organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in database administration and development.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Tight Deadlines: Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
