Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that workers are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including production reports and other relevant information.
  • Estimating: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and ensure that these estimates are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
