Job Overview:

  • Support retail transactions involving postal products and services for both commercial clients and the general public.
  • Efficiently sort, distribute, and manage mail.
  • Offer assistance and necessary forms to customers.
  • Promptly address and resolve delivery and service-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school or equivalent educational background.
  • Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting systems or postal services.
  • Capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs, maneuver boxes, and maintain a standing position for extended periods.
  • Willingness to be available on an on-call basis.
