About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Operations Specialist to join our team at All Home Manufacturing Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Vehicles: You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of vehicles, including automobiles, vans, and light trucks, to pick up and deliver goods to our customers.
  • Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers receive their goods in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and restocking goods, as well as loading and unloading goods from vehicles.
  • Route Planning: You will use maps and other trip planning aids to plan the most efficient routes for deliveries.
  • Financial Transactions: You will be responsible for processing payments for goods and managing cash transactions.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: You will perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure that vehicles are in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Certifications: You must hold a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Work Environment: You will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical Demands: You will be required to lift and move heavy objects, and will be working in a variety of weather conditions.
