Safe Engineering Services & Technologies Ltd. is seeking a highly qualified security analyst to join our research and development team.

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities within desktop applications, networks, and software systems.

  • Your Role:
  • Contribute to securing our IT infrastructure.
  • Support the secure development of desktop software while proactively identifying potential threats.
  • Analyze existing security measures and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Develop and recommend strategies to enhance all aspects of company security.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cybersecurity and technology.
  • Research and assess emerging cyber threats and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as OSCP or CEH (other relevant certifications will be considered).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar cybersecurity role.
  • Excellent English language skills for documentation and communication with clients, who are primarily located outside Quebec.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, Python, or Intel Fortran 2008+, along with experience using tools like Visual Studio, Open-Vino, and Intel One-API is highly desirable.
