Primary Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Primary Care Assistant to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Primary Care Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to our healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers and teams
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate appointments and schedules
- Assist with clinical procedures and tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Graduation from an Office Assistant Course from an accredited Community College plus two years recent, related experience in a healthcare setting
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
