Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Techtronic Industries. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their tools are in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class service to customers, ensuring their tools are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Log in tools, assess, and repair tools to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Follow standardized repair processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Prioritize in-branch repairs to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet productivity targets by efficiently managing repair tasks and workflows.
  • Provide support to different departments and roles within the organization.
  • Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess mechanical aptitude and demonstrate repair experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in software and systems related to tool repair.
  • Highly organized and strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Team-oriented and capable of working independently, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work overtime during busy periods, as required.
