We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our team at The Hotel At Falcon Lake. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Provide recommendations on drink selections and take orders from guests.
- Collect payment for beverages and operate a cash register.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
- Availability for shift or on-call work is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and service is essential.
