Role Overview: The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing system configurations, overseeing access permissions, delivering comprehensive IT support, and spearheading automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize internal systems such as HubSpot, Acumatica, Office 365, Azure AD (Entra), Freshdesk, and other integrated platforms.
  • Customize software solutions through effective system configurations to align with business objectives.
  • Implement security protocols to protect information assets.
  • Provide timely IT support to personnel, resolving issues related to desktop administration.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of system data and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Offer training and support to staff on system usage and compliance with established procedures.
  • Design, execute, and sustain automation workflows utilizing no-code tools.
  • Create and manage PowerShell scripts for task automation and system oversight.
  • Establish new development and testing environments utilizing Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ascertain IT needs and deliver solutions that boost productivity.
  • Stay updated on the latest software advancements and IT best practices to propose and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of system administration and IT support principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, particularly HubSpot and Acumatica.
  • Experience in administering and supporting Microsoft Office 365.
  • Proficiency in no-code automation tools and scripting languages, especially PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of information security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO is a plus).
  • Experience with AWS and Azure is advantageous.
