Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of a retail establishment, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Educational Requirements

Work Environment

This position is based in a retail service setting, which may include rural areas and various retail businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Manage inventory orders and merchandise procurement.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Compile and analyze reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and staff issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
