We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at New Castle Farm LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, reporting signs of insect or disease damage, and assisting with the production of hydroponic horticultural products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily tasks to maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report any signs of insect or disease damage to management
  • Assist with the production of hydroponic horticultural products
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Work Environment

The work environment is hot and fast-paced, with a focus on producing high-quality hydroponic horticultural products. The successful candidate will be required to work 48 hours per week and will be expected to provide their own transportation.

Language and Work Term

The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
