Primary Care Physician

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Primary Care Physician to become a vital part of our community health clinic. This position offers a unique chance to serve a varied patient demographic and play a key role in delivering holistic primary healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing and all-encompassing medical care for patients of all ages, genders, and health conditions.
- Formulate and oversee treatment strategies for both acute and chronic health issues.
- Inform patients about preventive healthcare measures and the importance of maintaining good health.
- Perform regular health examinations, evaluations, and immunizations.
- Work collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Keep precise and thorough medical documentation for every patient.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Dedication to continuous professional development.
- Capability to address a wide spectrum of health concerns across various age groups.
- Exemplary discipline, punctuality, respectfulness, ethical standards, and compassion.
