Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance. If you're a natural leader with a passion for fashion and customer service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Implement effective merchandise strategies and visual merchandising techniques to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and District Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings

  • Competitive salary: $41,000 - $50,000 (dependent on experience)
