Nurse Practitioner

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Extra-Mural Services

Job Summary: The EMP is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide holistic care to patients in the community.

Job Description:

To deliver high-quality patient care, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the needs of patients and their families, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hold a Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Be registered (active) or have the ability to register with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick
• Have a minimum of two years in the last five years of specialized nursing experience in family practice, surgical, palliative care, or oncology
• Have knowledge of the target population of Extra-Mural Services and available community services
• Hold a valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License and have a good driving record
• Hold Current CPR Level C certification
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and decision-making skills
• Be able to work efficiently as a member of the team and possess leadership and coaching skills
• Have a high regard for confidentiality and excellent work habits
