Job Summary:

The Site Auditor - Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all gaming operations at our facilities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This includes conducting regular audits and reconciliations, preparing and posting journal entries, and notifying supervisors of any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of gaming operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and post journal entries as required.
  • Notify supervisors of any discrepancies or issues identified during audits.
  • Assist with site payroll as required.
  • Work under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and comply with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent with a focus in Accounting or designation in the Accounting field.
  • 1 year of working experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer software packages (i.e., Excel, etc.).
  • The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
