Responsabilités

  • Participer à toutes les étapes des processus budgétaire/forecast (cueillette, validation, analyse) et suivre les résultats mensuels pour fournir des explications aux écarts.
  • Analyser les comptes et effectuer le cycle de fin de mois pour valider et analyser les décomptes physiques des matières premières, des pièces et des immobilisations.
  • Fournir le soutien à l'équipe pour le contrôle du coût de revient par le développement et le suivi d'indicateurs de performance financiers et opérationnels.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres divisions pour développer des meilleures pratiques de suivi des performances.
  • Assurer une permanence lors d'absence du contrôleur au besoin et effectuer toutes autres tâches ou projets connexes.

Qualifications requises

  • BAC en comptabilité ou finance.
  • Expérience 1 à 5 années en finance/comptabilité d'entreprise.
  • Certification CPA (ou en voie d'obtention) – un atout.
  • Sens de l'organisation et de la planification.
  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels Microsoft, Excel (niveau avancé).
  • Capacité d'influence et de support auprès de personnel de supervision opérationnel.
  • Habilité à communiquer.
